Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are typically processed same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST ship the following business day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@thevitalpeptides.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review each case individually and work to make it right. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
